are there any good resources on how to optimize sleep? I never have seemed to figure it out. Some nights i sleep 12 hours and wake up tired other nights it is 6 hours and i am totally awake in the am. a lot depend on caffeine consumption as well.

these these are just okay… kinda harsh. Leo and I have come up with a few real cost savers:
-ask people for anything they will give away for free (amazing how much cool stuff we got for free)
-work out of a basement for awhile
-get one of the founder’s parents to cook food for you frequently :)
