Digger Phelps highlighter collection

For a few years now I have been admiring Digger’s highlighter collection on espn college gameday. No matter what color tie he wears the highlight he waves around is a near perfect match. He really has an impressive range of colors. I often wonder if he picks the tie first or the highlighter first?
